Its actually epic. I'm almost at 1500 cals today and only consumed 8carbs lol ..... I get to have all the doner I want! And feta cheese!

I have a kabob place on base so that's my normal lunch. Just the meet. Breakfast is an egg ham n cheese omlet with 2 boiled eggs. I snack on beef jerky and cheese sticks. And I drink at least a quart of water a day... that's coming from no water at all. O you can drink coffee with full cream too!

I'm not norm hungry for dinner but this is my second day. Ya no sugar for coffee but I think there .... well use the flavored creamers or equal.... not sure. You can drink diet coke though.

Didn't eat last night all this fatty food lol keepin me full I try not to eat past 5. I had a horrib ale headach so I passed out at 730 .... um jerky... don't remember but this morning was amazing. I had 3 eggs scrambled with efeta cheese mushrooms turkey bacon and a avacado. My body is feelon a little tired but I should be ok.
