Subject: What does UNclassified mean to you?? Tue Jan 17, 2012 12:34 am
Seeing how we have been getting a few new members on the forums. I thought ut would be a good idea to have a thread to tell the newer guys what we are about and why we take pride in our family's name. So post up what and why you choose to become apart of this family/club.
I've been here from the start of it all. You can probably say that I am one of the main guys here. We started this club becuz we all came from different forums/clubs etc. We started this group from a hand full of ppl. We try to always stay active and pavements/meets and cruises . Being one of the big name in the DMV is what our goal has been from day one.
But besides all that....we all are friends some are close to the point that I call them my brothers and sisters. I can't say enough how grateful I am to have all of you here. This may sound a lil soft coming from me lol. But real talk....you all make me proud to be apart of this crew. We will keep doing things that makes a difference in the DMV. Ggiving back to the community is one of the ways we like to help ppl in need. And that's something I think every club should be doing.
Ok that's it fRom me for now....lol
Lets hear others

As a new guy, in short this team means family. Doing anything to help each other out like Dom said. Pushing each other to do bigger and better things. Unclassified is a place that anyone can come in and feel accepted and not have to worry about drama coming up. But not only getting our name out there to car enthusiasts but I was attracted to this crew because of the motivation to help out in the community and charities. I'm happy to be a part of a name that is being rep'd by such good people. I don't have to worry about who is repping our name, no one is going out and portraying us in a bad way.

Well it's funny. I bumped into Murf after him disappearing. I always considered Murf good people. When Murf told me that he was in a crew that was like him, I was interested to see what it was all about.
I really like the name Unclassified. That's pretty much how my life is "unclassified." I drive an import, but I love domestics. I am a member of a Mustang Club, despite not owning a mustang. I relate with a lot of people because I see the good qualities in each platforms. Hondas with their high-revving motors and light weight chassis. American Muscle for their immediate torque. Subarus with their inherit low center of gravity. Trucks for their practicality and off road abilities. I am into anything with 4 wheels and a motor. I don't classify myself as a Honda, DMers, Domestic, etc. Nor do I fall in the groups of drifters, road racers, drag racers, etc. I'm really unclassified in that sense.
Unclassified reflects this. My old crew (way back in the day) was a GMC Sierra, 04 Cobra, 05 GTO and a 90 Talon TSi AWD (though the GTO guy was short lived in our group). Were and odd crew, but it really defined our relationship.
Unclassified has a lot of diversity in it, which is what I like most. I just have to wait my turn for officially joining the crew. As much as I'd like to, my life events just isn't having it right now. Being a young, new business owner with a second full time job, and mix in the fact that I am pretty far away; it just isn't inviting for doing pretty much anything else that I'd like to do. Guess I'll have to patient.
**Edit** Here is my old crew. We called ourselves the Fairfax Trio.
