Whats up guys! My name is Hector, i moved out to Manassas this past July. I used to live in falls church (until 2007) and most recently South Riding/Chantilly area. I go to George Mason so I am in the Fairfax area a lot.

I've been following the UnClassified facebook page for quite a while now. Always love seeing the sick rides that get posted on there. I just met Dominic today at the Fauq-ing Fresh meet. Saw a lot of the UnClassified members' sick rides there. I'm also friends with Chris Meyer (congrats on becoming official!) and Josh Guillot and I've talked to Sonny a few times at different meets. And i know quite a few car enthusiasts that i've met through friends and at meets, and always enjoy seeing them at different meets. I frequent the BK meets on friday nights. I used to go to the Five Guys meets until it got shut down. I've been down to the VArides meet and the kingstown meet once, attended the WFC meet and the Mischief Megameet a few months ago. And I'm also part of GMU's car club (Patriot Motorsports) and attend their meets.

Anyways, I drive a 2009 Mazda 6i Grand Touring, fully loaded, 6 speed manual . It's my 2nd car. Bought it July 19, 2010, and i finally paid it off in full about 2 months ago! I bought it with ~2400 miles and now its at 25,xxx miles (can u tell i like to drive?). I used to drive a beater 1998 Kia Sephia that my parents bought me. It wasn't the prettiest car, but man i rocked what i had for about 2-3 years.

I've done a few things here and there to personalize it/make it stand out such as (in order): 35% Tint all around. HD Lip. Gutted Airbox. Blue LED Interior Light Swap. Optic Blue Fog Light Tint. Tinted Tail Lights. Tinted Side Markers. Blacked-out Badges. 35w 6000k Morimoto D2S HID Bulbs. Super White LED Tag Lights. B&G S2 Sport Springs. M3 Style Trunk Lip Spoiler. Switchback LED Turn Signals. Rear Roof Lip Spoiler. I also just ordered an HID kit for my fog lights that i am waiting on in the mail.

I'm on two different mazda 6 forums, and 2nd gens (2009+) are definitely a minority. There are only a few of us on there and I've never seen a modded one in person, only on my forums. So i think mine is pretty unique! Also, another factor that makes it pretty "rare" (at least i think so) is that only the 2009 model offered the fully loaded grand touring trim in a 6 speed manual. 2010+ only offers 6speed in the lower sport trim.

My plans for this summer (when i'm working full time and will be makin lots of $$$) i am buying/installing Ksport coilovers and i've decided i want xxr 006 in gunmetal with polished lip in 18x8.5 +35 with 3.25" lip in the front and 18x9.5 +35 with 3.5" lip in the rear. Coils and wheels together will run me about a month and a half work's pay. So i'm thinking by July i will be sitting pretty. Also, my factory warranty runs up this year so i will be buying a Corksport Short Ram Intake. And then i will be happy and fit in with everyone!

And i'm always looking for meets to go to; can't get enough of them. Just ask my girlfriend; today she was like "so...when do you think this whole going to car meets phase is gonna end?" and i was like NEVER! I tried to get her to come out today but she refused haha.

Also, what i like about this is it is nice being on a forum where you actually get to meet the people you talk to and get to know them in person and get events going and check out their cars and everything that I can't do on the national/international mazda6 forums. Don't get me wrong, i've gotten to know a few people on those forums but it's not nearly the same.

you should try to bring your GF out to some of the events. most of us also bring our gf's out bro. it will be easier for you once you girl gets to know the ladies of UNclassified

it was good to meet you too, Steve! I actually google mapped the feb 4th meet n greet. Its a little over an hour away from me. But i'm sure i can find people to cruise with. Also, damn i didn't know your g35 was boosted!
