| sooo i been looking at motordyne plenum spacer for my Z, and im still a noob for the most part but whats should i go with the motordyne 5/16 or 1/2? and if i go with 1/2 do i need a new strut bar? heres some tits to get you going thanks! |

| I believe that if you run the 1/2 you cant use your engine cover. If you can find one, get an angled spacer. Lets you keep your engine cover. I'm sure someone with a Z can chime in and comfirm/correct this. |

| yeap..pepper is right...the 1/2 wont clear with the engine cover. but im not 100% sure on the bar tho. i would get the 5/16 one. it seems like thats what most ppl run. and be sure to get the copper iso one!!!! |

| This question just came up while I was hanging around Hill's Garage. (my second home) You get 80% of the benefit of having the spacer when using the smaller one. (5/16") And I would agree on the ISO Thermal as well. Wasn't available when I bought mine. |
