Basically created this thread so if anyone has any questions regarding detailing hopefully someone can answer them. Im sure we all have some degree of detailing experience.



I'm looking to clean my engine. Its pretty filthy... Anyone know of a reputable shop that can steam clean it properly and professionally?

I don't know many detailing shops. Only one I've heard of is in Sterling and it's called Odds and Ends detailing. They hold detailing clinics periodically.

but the clear came off of my wheel . eventtho its just a small spot. it just bugs me cuz i see it everyday!!!!!!

Which part of the wheel?

mine too, the lip part. im thinking of just wetsanding it with 2000 grit then clear coat just that one spot.
