Hey Jay, do you have an up-to-date spreadsheet of places we've talked to about donations/vendor payments. If you could add the email address in which you have contacted them at, it would be greatly helpful. I'm going to be emailing places we've been in contact with as a follow up. Also if we could continue looking for some more possible vendors that would be nice. I have also recruited Corey to help us out with this. Once you've made contact with somebody if you could please either have them email me at ChrisMeyer.UNclassified@gmail.com or make sure you copy me in on any emails sent out. I will be keeping a list of everybody and status' and whether payment has been received.

Looks like a lot of volunteers - everyone is pulling a part. Awesome Event , Can't Wait.

ok... so i may have overlooked it so just let me know! I have had several people ask me about the event and have had alottt of interest in it, several companies and people looking to help but i have had flyer requests, did we come up with a flyer, company, price etc... i am willing to help a good bit with the cost of the printed flyer if we go that route any info lemme know!!

we didnt plan on printing out any flyers...but if we can all chip in on a good price i think.

yea like i said im wiling to throw down on some flyers, itll get the event out there a bit more to a different crowd of people who may not be on FB... with that said i dont even know where to start with all the artsy stuff anybody willing to accept the challenge???
