UPDATE on the porta potty's

whosthisguy(aka Chris) spoke to a company and they are willing to donate one jon to us with a rental of 3 jons. we are trying to ask for a 2nd one if we rent 4 from them. that will give us 3 jon's on 2 sides of the event.

someone on the ngc forums is asking about dyno pulls. we will have to wait to tal to lydia about getting power from GMU and how much that will cost us.

as far as kids stuff.... I always get our arts and crafts stuff from oriental trading company. When we get a date I will start looking in to stuff.

for the stretchy bracelet things... check and see what colors stand for what cancer so we can have a few different ones. Most people just know that lymphoma is lime green and breast cancer is pink.

OK, I have spoken with a couple different portable restroom companies. The best deal I have gotten so far is renting 4 units for $399 (that includes tax) and they will donate 2 to us. Each unit will include free hand sanitizers and they will waive the delivery fee.

What about meeting with Lydia, have we been able to do that, and nail down the GMU spot. I was going to work on possible media coverage, I just need to make sure the GMU location is set in stone before I move forward trying to get the information out there.

guys!!! i need a small group of us to help me on planning this event. i would say a group of 4-5 ppl. the time is getting too close and we need to get things started asap!!!! just know that it will take up a lot of your time to help me on this event. and i do ask for your commitment on this one.
