Ya Sunday could be a problem but if its an all day event since we are taking shifts people can help when they can!

I am Down to DJ with Robbie, I too can find a generator and speakers for us, My sister is a GMU teacher maybe I can find out through her if we can use a GMU power outlet as well? I can also contact some vendors that specialize in the automotive scene to donate and setup a vendor stand as well?

ok...i know everyone is throwing out a lot of good ideas. but we need to keep things on a list. can we get a list of vendors and groups that you all are talking about. that way we can keep everything organized a lil better. and when you hear back with what they will be putting into the drive. you can post it up next to your name on the list...

I dropped by Hill's Garage and spoke to the boss. (Suzanne) It is 90% that they will come down and do the dyno's. They are also willing to provided a free dyno as one of the raffle prizes, make it the first one drawn and the dyno must be done at the fundraiser. Hill's Garage also has their own generator for the dyno!

Lets do 11-4 ??? If its too mmuch for him. Ask him how long does he want to do it for. And let us know how much he is charging for the runs. And we need to figure out what we are gonna ask from each vendor as a donation too. That way we have a plan going into talking to them about coming out.

The CAKE and CUPCAKES!

I uploaded these pictures...just a rough draft of what I've come up with so far...but the ideas are still flowing.

As far as the cupcake wrappers go...there are places you can order custom cupcake wrappers from. Otherwise we can agree on just basic solid and or print color(s).

Fillings: This part applies to both the cake and the cupcakes. Yes or no? If we decide yes...then the next step is to decide on a/some flavor(s)

Buttercream Frosting - The most universal and versatile. We can do plain buttercream, or flavor it, or both.
